Police: Man killed by gunman on bicycle in front of Wyandanch home

Suffolk County homicide detectives are searching for a killer who allegedly rode up on a bicycle Saturday night and gunned down a man in front of his Wyandanch home. Police said 32-year-old Vernon Brown was sitting in the passenger seat of a car in front of his home at 74 S. 31 St. in Wyandanch when a gunman rode up on a bicycle and fired a single shot into the car.
