Police: Officer aids Nesconset boy having 'severe allergic reaction' to candy bar

A Suffolk County police officer helped stabilize a Nesconset boy who had an allergic reaction Wednesday after eating a candy bar with nuts. Police said that Officer Robert Fulton responded to a Lincoln Avenue residence at about 3:25 p.m. after a 911 call reported the boy, 12, having a "severe allergic reaction."
