One of the most contentious blue-blood domestic disputes since "The War of the Roses" took another bizarre turn Tuesday when a well-tanned James B. Fairchild unpacked his bags and asked a Suffolk County judge for a restraining order against ex-wife Whitney St. John Fairchild. And somehow, "Cheeseburger in Paradise" singer Jimmy Buffett has gotten dragged into this mess.
