February 27th, 2015 - Suffolk County Police Fifth Squad detectives are investigating a two-vehicle crash that seriously injured two men in North Patchogue yesterday. Nicholas Kotch was driving a 2010 Nissan Frontier southbound on Route 112 when he collided with a 2003 Honda being driven by Patrick Zaffarese who was attempting to make a turn onto Route 112 from Old Medford Avenue at approximately 3:20 p.m. Zaffarese was extricated from his vehicle by North Patchogue Fire Department.
