Cops: Deer Park woman arrested in fatal pedestrian hit-and-run

A Deer Park woman was arrested Saturday night after she allegedly fatally hit a pedestrian with her car and then drove off, Suffolk County police said. Irene Calderaro, 57, is expected to face a judge Sunday to be arraigned on a charge of leaving the scene of an accident resulting in a death.
