An East Moriches man will be sentenced to 25 years in prison for raping a female house sitter inside a Stony Brook home in 2012 and later attempting to hire a hit man to kill the woman, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said Thursday. Patrick O'Sullivan, 23, pleaded guilty Thursday at a court conference in Riverhead to charges of rape, criminal sexual act, burglary, sexual abuse and conspiracy.
