NESCONSET, N.Y. - A Suffolk County police officer came to the rescue this week, using an epipen to save a 12-year-old boy suffering from a severe allergic reaction. As 1010 WINS' Mona Rivera reported, Gavin Oggeri of Nesconset is allergic to certain nuts, and had a reaction soon after eating a granola bar.
