A Bohemia-based elevator business will expand in Suffolk County, not New York City -- in part because of tax breaks from the county, officials said Thursday. All-Ways Elevator Inc. plans to purchase 5 Davids Dr. in Hauppauge from the Suffolk Regional Off-Track Betting Corp., which filed for bankruptcy in 2012 and has been selling some assets.
