Dr. Gaynell Stone is an archeologist by training. Her PhD topic involved analyzing Long Island's Colonial gravestones as above ground artifacts, and though she knows a great deal about the island's history, one thing Dr. Stone, director of the Suffolk County Archeological Museum, never set out to be was a filmmaker.
