Suffolk County Crime Stoppers, Suffolk County Police Special Victims detectives and the United States Marshal Service are looking for a man who is wanted on an arrest warrant for a 2013 rape. Carlos Zhunio, 20, forcibly raped an 11-year-old girl he knew at a residence in Manorville on June 16, according to police.
