The Family Service League announced earlier this month that in order to address the rising demand for outpatient mental health services on the East End of Long Island, they moving to a new, larger facility at 316 Accabonac Road, East Hampton. In 2014, State Senator Kenneth P. LaValle, NY Assemblyman Fred Thiele, Jr., and Suffolk County Legislator Jay Schneiderman, spearheaded the South Fork Initiative and secured vital funding for phase one of this project.
