Suffolk County Police arrested a Deer Park woman for leaving the scene of a fatal crash that killed a woman in Deer Park Friday night. An unidentified woman was crossing Deer Park Avenue at approximately 8:30 p.m. when she was struck by an SUV that was northbound on Deer Park Avenue.
