Cops: Carbon-monoxide readings prompt evacuation of Bay Shore residents

The Suffolk County Police Department has evacuated a house in Bay Shore after residents said they felt sick from carbon monoxide. A police spokeswoman said they were called at 12:12 p.m. to a house on South Clinton Avenue that has 11 separate apartments.
