After a year long investigation, Suffolk County Police arrested a man last night in connection with the death of Jean Yves 25, of Wyandanch, and the wounding of Javonne Mimms in January of 2014. According to the report, Homicide Squad detectives apprehended Jhamek Daniels of Brentwood and charged him with Murder in the 2nd Degree and Attempted Murder in the 2nd Degree.
