Two police officers and a neighbor saved a woman from a raging house fire early Sunday morning that killed a family dog. The Suffolk County Police Department said the officers, Frank Saracino and Keith Murphy, responded to a 911 call reporting the fire on Forest Road in Centereach at about 3:15 a.m. to find a house fully engulfed and a woman trapped on the second floor.
