May 12, 2015 - Suffolk County Legislature Presiding Officer DuWayne Gregory attended the Suffolk Sports Hall of Fame Educational Center and Museum's 26th Annual Induction Ceremony Dinner on May 8 at the Upsky Hotel in Hauppauge . The Suffolk Sports Hall Of Fame was established in 1990 to honor outstanding persons, living or deceased, who have gained prominence and have made substantial contributions on behalf of themselves and Suffolk County in the fields of professional and amateur sports.
