A Kings Park woman initially charged with DWI following a crash that killed an Island Park man in Smithtown in March pleaded not guilty to numerous upgraded charges during an arraignment Wednesday, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said. Natalia Simons, 36, is charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter in the first and second degrees, assault in the second degree, aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, speeding and failure to maintain lane.
