A Ronkonkoma man is scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday after being indicted in connection with a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a bicyclist, Suffolk County prosecutors said. John Farina, 50, is expected to face a judge Tuesday morning at the Suffolk County Court in Central Islip.
