Suffolk County police say 70-year-old Jeanne Grazia, of Islip, was pronounced dead at a hospital following the crash at 11 p.m. Sunday. They say Susan Krebser, of Levittown, was driving northwest in the southeast lanes of Route 109 in East Farmingdale when she struck Grazia's vehicle.
