November 26th, 2014 - Suffolk County Police Second Squad detectives are investigating a motor vehicle crash that killed a man in Greenlawn early this morning. The man was driving a 2009 Volkswagen westbound on Little Plains Road when his vehicle left the roadway and struck a tree, a fence and two parked cars before overturning in front of 102 Little Plains Road at approximately 12:30 a.m. The victim, whose identity is being withheld pending notification of family, was transported to Huntington Hospital where he was pronounced dead a short time later.
