Cops: Levittown woman charged with DWI after fatal wrong-way crash in East Farmingdale

The East Farmingdale Fire Company and Suffolk County police work the scene of a head-on collision on Route 109 just east of Route 110 late Sunday, Nov. 23, 2014. A Levittown woman was arrested and charged with drunken driving in the fatal accident.
