A Long Island man has been convicted in the 2012 drunken driving death of a teenager who had just graduated from high school. Suffolk County prosecutors say Michael Grasing was convicted Wednesday of aggravated vehicular homicide, but acquitted of the top charge of second degree murder by depraved indifference.
