BELLPORT, N.Y. - A Long Island man is under arrest for driving with a license that had been suspended 49 times, police said. An officer on routine patrol stopped James Tomassi, 32, around 2 p.m. Thursday after seeing him speeding and not wearing a seatbelt while driving on Sunrise Highway in Bellport, Suffolk County Police said.
