A Long Island man already facing criminal charges for allegedly driving with a license that was suspended nearly four dozen times is in trouble with the law again after officers found him driving Thursday - this time with a whopping 49 suspensions, according to Suffolk County police. James Tomassi, 32, of Lake Grove, was arrested Thursday for first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, a felony charge.
