Suffolk County Police have arrested a Central Islip man for driving while intoxicated following a three-car crash that killed a man in Commack yesterday Friday, November 28, 2014 at approximately 4:15 a.m. According to the report, Karl Njerve was driving a 2011 Lincoln Town Car westbound on Jericho Turnpike when his vehicle was struck by a 2000 Jeep, driven by Louis Muicela, which was traveling northbound on Commack Road. The Jeep then struck a 2006 Nissan that was stopped at a red light on southbound Townline Road.
