The Suffolk County SPCA is asking for the public's help to track down whoever decapitated three kittens and left them in an industrial area in Ronkonkoma. The kittens were found on Wednesday in the vicinity of 2221 5th Avenue by a woman who cares for feral cat colonies, according to Suffolk County SPCA Chief Roy Gross.
