A 20-year-old West Islip man accused of shooting two teens with a BB gun in West Islip last month with be arraigned on an indictment in Riverhead Thursday, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said Wednesday. Ismael Forbes was arrested in Bay Shore on April 26 after police say he shot the teens at the corner of corner of Higbie Lane and Udall Road.
