Vito Dagnello defeated as head of Suffolk correction union

Vito Dagnello, president of the 900 member Suffolk County Correction Officers Association for 12 years, was defeated Wednesday by a wide margin by union first vice president Louis Viscusi. Viscusi, 38, a union official for the past 31/2 years, won 555 to 104 against Dagnello, a union official for the past 24 years.
