A Suffolk County grand jury has indicted a 71-year-old Greenport man arrested for drunk driving after a fatal crash on December 6 on Route 25 in Greenport, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said. Crime lab testing of John A. Costello's blood showed the defendant had a blood-alcohol level of 0.17 after the crash, according to the DA.
