A public information meeting for a reconstruction project in Southold will take place on Thursday, Feb. 5, at 6:30 p.m. at the Town of Southold Recreation Center on 970 Peconic Lane. The Suffolk County Department of Public Works is undertaking a project that will reconstruct County Road 48, Middle Road, from Horton Lane to Goldin Lane in the Town of Southold.
