A Huntington man will spend the next several decades behind bars after being sentenced Thursday in a land investment scam that cheated senior citizens out of their retirement savings, Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota said. Paul White, 56, was sentenced Thursday to serve 21 to 63 years in prison after being convicted of seven counts of second-degree grand larceny.
