A man wanted in Pender County for breaking into and stealing property belonging to Duke Energy electrical substations has been arrested. According to the Pender County Sheriff's Office, Matthew Blake Horrell was taken into custody by the Suffolk County Sheriff's Office located in New York around 12 p.m. Friday.
