Peter Lucas: Indictment shows AG Healey has higher ambitions

Attorney General Maura Healey caught the attention of some key Statehouse players when she announced the surprise pension-fraud indictment a week ago of a former Beacon Hill lobbyist who is already serving time. Some think the decision could come back to haunt her, especially as the indictment by a Suffolk County Grand Jury came on the last day before the statute of limitations on the alleged fraud would have run out.
