Ex-Goldman Sachs banker accused of raping a 20-year-old woman in the Hamptons will go to trial in April Jason Lee-the 38-year-old ex-Goldman Sachs managing director facing rape charges in Suffolk County, NY-waived his right to a jury trial, and will appear before a judge beginning April 8, Bloomberg News reported. Lee and his friends were out celebrating his 37th birthday at Hampton's hot-spot Georgica when he met the 20-year-old Irish woman and her friends, Patch reported citing Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota.
