The Suffolk County Police Department is currently investigating the a death after a man was killed in an Industrial accident Tuesday Night. According to police Santos Ortiz of Mastic Beach was operating a forklift at Kurt Weiss Greenhouse's Tuesday evening when he struck his head on a pole and fell off the forklift.
