An officer tried to Taser suspect Denzel Brown twice, before shooting him as he tried to escape in a car with two kids in the back on Sunday, according to Suffolk County cops. Suffolk cops fatally shot a 21-year-old man who tried to steal a car with two kids in the back seat, officials said Monday.
