A Nesconset woman was arrested and charged with felony driving while intoxicated under Leandra's Law after police said she caused a multivehicle crash in Selden -- with a 4-year-old in her Jeep. Suffolk County police could not immediately confirm the relationship between the woman, identified as Jeannie Muller, 34, and the toddler, a little girl.
