Suffolk County Police arrested a man for a shooting on Albany Avenue in North Amityville on Tuesday, April 28, 2015 at approximately 3:50 p.m. During the investigation it was discovered that Anthony Franklin was upset that his 6-year-old daughter had her hair pulled by another student on the bus ride to school. Franklin went over to the residence of the boy he believed was involved on the bus.
