Jason Lee, a 38-year-old former Wall Street executive, accused of raping a 20-year-old Irish woman in his East Hampton vacation home in 2013, was acquitted of all charges in court on Wednesday, according to multiple reports. Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas J. Spota was disappointed with the verdict and disagreed with State Supreme Court Justice Barbara Kahn, who ruled him not guilty in all charges including first degree rape, sexual misconduct and third degree assault, according to 27east.
