A pedestrian was critically injured after police said she was struck by a Jeep driven by a 28-year-old man on Route 25 Monday night in Coram. The victim, identified by Suffolk County police as Susan Restrepo, 56, of Coram, was transported by Coram Fire Department Rescue to Stony Brook University Hospital, where she was in critical condition.
