April 16th, 2015 - Suffolk County Police First Squad detectives are investigating a crash that seriously injured a man in North Amityville this morning. William Brelsford was driving a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe, making a left out of Cassata Drive to go northbound on New Highway, when his vehicle was struck by a southbound 2007 GMC Acadia, driven by Deborah Jones, at 5:57 a.m. Jones, 38, of 43rd Street, Copiague , and her 5-year-old daughter were transported to Good Samarian Hospital Medical Center in West Islip for treatment of minor injuries.
