NY man is going on trial in 2 slayings

Suffolk County District Attorney Thomas Spota says opening statements are expected Wednesday at the trial of Reginald Ross of Yaphank. Construction flagman Raymond Hirt was shot to death in Ronkonkoma on May 24, 2010.
