Long Island night-life impresario Tim Lorito - who once put a local Hooters out of business with his own jiggle joint - is suing the department, claiming one of its cops assaulted him after the officer's three brawling sons were tossed from his venue. Veteran Suffolk County cop Gregg Drzal first flew into a rage after his boys - Ryan, Ross and Reid Drzal - were ejected from Lorito's nightclub The Emporium in Patchogue last December, court papers state.
