Woman Sentenced To Three Years Probation In Animal Cruelty Case

October 15, 2014 - The Suffolk County SPCA issued a statement today announcing that an Amityville woman was sentenced to a term of three years probation last week in an animal abuse case stemming from the dumping of 2 puppies in Riverhead on December 18, 2012. The male puppy succumbed to his injuries on Dec. 29, 2012.
