Culprit who shot a 12-week-old puppy in Laurel Lake still not identified

He was an adorable 12-week-old border collie who scarcely had a chance to live, when his tiny, lifeless body was found stuffed in a garbage bag filled with sand along the Laurel Lake Preserve in Southold, New York almost two weeks ago, reported the SoutholdLocal.com. A $1,000 reward has been offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the responsible person by the Suffolk County SPCA, with Chief Roy Gross calling the egregious deed, a "blatant act of cruelty."
