October 18, 2014 - The Suffolk County SPCA is offering a $1,000.00 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible for killing and dumping a puppy in Mattituck . Chief Roy Gross of the Suffolk SPCA said that the agency was contacted with a report that someone had dumped the puppy in a plastic bag on a trail at Laurel Lake Preserve.
