Dead Puppy Found Shot, Stuffed in Garbage Bag in Laurel

A puppy found dead in a garbage bag at Laurel Lake Preserve on Friday had been shot numerous times, officials said. Now the Suffolk County SPCA is offering a $1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and conviction for those responsible for the heinous act.
