Cops: 2 Officers Help Revive Huntington Station Baby

A Huntington Station baby struggling for breath late Thursday afternoon is now in stable condition, thanks to the efforts of two Suffolk County police officers, officials say. Suffolk Police say Second Precinct patrol officer Michael Lavrovsky and police officer Joseph Reilly were dispatched to a call of an infant in respiratory distress on 1st Avenue at approximately 4:10 p.m. The officers arrived within two minutes and upon entering the home, they observed a five-month-old infant boy turning blue and having difficulty breathing.
