Conn. kayaker saved by Coast Guard, police in NY

A Connecticut woman whose kayak tipped over while paddling on the Long Island Sound has been rescued by the U.S. Coast Guard and local police. Suffolk County Police and Coast Guard officials say Martha Bailey of Cheshire, Connecticut, put out the Mayday call over a handheld radio Saturday morning just north of Roanoke Point.
