September 24th, 2014 - The Suffolk County Police Department has issued a Silver Alert for a missing Central Islip man male who suffers from Schizoaffective Disorder. Vincent Hartinger, 47, of 133 Suffolk Ave., was last seen on September 3 at his residence at approximately 8 a.m. He is described as a white male, 5 feet 6 inches tall, 170 pounds, with a fair complexion, brown eyes and gray hair.
